License & Usage

  • Upon purchasing the Plugin, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Plugin on your WooCommerce store.

  • The license is limited to the number of websites specified at the time of purchase.

  • You are not permitted to redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Plugin.

AI-Powered Search & Data Processing

  • The Plugin utilizes AI technologies to process and index product images for visual search functionalities.

  • Product image data is sent to and processed within AI infrastructure (Google Cloud Vision, OpenAI, or equivalent services) for generating embeddings and search results.

  • No personal customer data is collected or stored by XISE during the search process.

  • You retain full ownership of your product data. The AI processing is solely used to enable search functionalities.

Prohibited activities

Unauthorized Use: You may not use our plugin for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to distributing malware, engaging in hacking, or violating any applicable laws.

Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to obtain the source code of plugin provided by the Company.

Services management

Support: The Company provides support for its themes as described in the Support and Updates policy. Support inquiries should be directed through our designated support channels.

Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at its discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
